🌍 Happy Earth Day! 🌱

Yesterday we had such a wonderful time celebrating and learning about how to care for our planet. The children planted sunflower seeds together and explored how seeds grow, discovering what they need to develop roots and grow into strong, healthy plants.

There was so much excitement as little hands filled pots with soil, carefully placed their seeds, and gave them their first watering. 🌻 Watching their curiosity and joy made the day extra special!

Here’s to nurturing both our plants and our future Earth champions! 💪🏼💚

Chicken and roasted vegetable bowl.. safe to say this one was an absolute hit - gone quicker than it took to cook!! 🍗🥗🌱
