🔥 Kickboxing is coming to Beechworth! 🔥
This is the first time kickboxing has been offered locally, giving teens and adults the chance to train right here in town with a team of experienced competitors and top-level coaches.
What’s on offer in Term 1:
🧒 Kinder Karate (ages 3–5)
**8-Week Program Starts Feb 3rd**
A fun, structured introduction to martial arts that builds confidence, coordination, listening skills, and positive movement habits.
🥋 Family Fundamentals Karate (ages 6+)
Build confidence, coordination, discipline, and fitness while learning new skills in a supportive, family-friendly environment.
🥊 Kickboxing (ages 12+)
High-energy training focused on fitness, technique, and confidence — suitable for beginners through to those wanting a serious challenge.
