Multidisciplinary research initiative focused on movement behaviours committed to high quality translation

03/02/2026

Flinders University is seeking teens, parents, and coaches to take part in upcoming co-design workshops.

Some young people love competition and team sport. Others prefer the gym, strength training, social movement, or being active without pressure. Many move between these approaches over time, and that’s completely normal.

We’re co-designing a youth movement program for young people aged 12–15 that recognises this diversity.

Participants will receive a $50 gift voucher as reimbursement for their time.
