Just wanted to say thank you!!If it was not for your training yearly, I believe I would be a nervous wreck when dealing with situations.

Ive never depended on my 1st Aide the whole 20+ years that ive held it, as much as I have in the last weeks.

Even today. When I saved a random non verbal old man in a wheel chair - who was choking to the point he was purple.. I hit him between the shoulders as hard as i could, whilst encouraging him to cough.. 6 hits and thankfully managed to get the chunk of food out.
All whilst the entire food court sat there and watched on
