It was lovely to see so many families at playgroup this week busily creating Father's Day crafts for the special person in their lives. The children had so much fun making their unique gifts.
As Father's Day approaches, we would like to wish a very happy Father's Day to all the dads, grandads, stepdads, uncles, carers, and father figures who provide love, support, guidance, and encouragement every day. Thank you for all that you do to help the little ones in your life grow and thrive.

💖 Happy Early Childhood Educators' Day! 💖
Today, we proudly celebrate the incredible educators at Beaudesert Early Years Centre and Kindergarten and recognise the amazing work they do each and every day.
On 2 September, Australia comes together to honour Early Childhood Educators' Day, a special opportunity to acknowledge the dedication, passion, patience, and care that early childhood professionals bring to the lives of children and families.
Our educators do so much more than teach. They nurture, encourage, inspire, comfort, guide, and create safe and welcoming spaces where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Through their kindness and commitment, they help build the foundations for children's future learning, development, wellbeing, and success.
To our wonderful team, thank you for the countless hugs, words of encouragement, creative experiences, and meaningful connections you provide every day. Thank you for the love, care, and dedication you show to every child and family who walks through our doors. Wednesday's Play and Learn:
Come and celebrate WEEK 2 of our Child Protection Activities!

🌈 “My Rights, My Play: A 4-Week Playgroup Journey”
During our Play & Learn Together Group we are running a Children’s Rights activity program.

The play-based program promotes children’s rights through interactive playgroup activities for young children (0–5 years) and their families.

Each weekly session focuses on a key right from the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, including the right to play, the right to feel safe, the right to be heard, and the right to belong.

Week 2: “I Have the Right to Feel Safe”
🎯 Focus: Safety, care, belonging
Activities:
• Create a “Safe Space Corner” (tent)
• Simple feelings activity (feeling books and bear cards)
• Group discussion with families:
• “What helps your child feel safe?”
• Outcome:
• Builds emotional safety and attachment
• Reinforces that children have the right to be protected and cared for.
