About Us

Kylie is the director and Head Trainer of Industry Training and Assessment Services and has been working in the healthcare sector since 1988. She has extensive industry experience both practically and theoretically. Kylie holds qualifications in Training and Assessment, Nursing, Ageing Support, Disability, Individualised Support, Student Welfare, Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs, Pathology, Counselling, Community Services and Case Management, to name a few

Kylie is a Justice of the Peace and also volunteers her time at PCYC as a Drug and Alcohol Presenter for Traffic Offenders Intervention Program and Life Line as a crisis counsellor in her spare time. Kylie is also a busy Mum with three beautiful children and has a passion for education and producing students that are competent and passionate about helping others.

Sometimes, stepping away is exactly what you need to remember why you started.

A little while ago, I made the decision to take a much-needed break. It gave me the time to rest, reflect, and think about where I wanted to take my first aid training business next.

During that time, something really special happened. My students reached out. They shared their stories, thanked me for the training they’d received, and asked when I’d be back. Every message reminded me why I love what I do. It wasn’t just the words—it was knowing that what we do together truly makes a difference.

So, I’m excited to say… I’m coming back! ❤️

Not only am I returning with renewed passion and energy, but I’ve also spent my time away building a brand-new Learning Management System (LMS). I truly believe it’s a huge step forward and will provide an even better learning experience for all of my students. From easier access to resources to a smoother, more engaging training journey, I can’t wait for you to see what I’ve been working on.

To everyone who reached out while I was away—thank you. Your support, encouragement, and belief in me meant more than you’ll ever know. You reminded me that teaching first aid isn’t just my job; it’s my purpose.

I’m looking forward to seeing familiar faces, meeting new students, and continuing to give people the confidence and skills to save a life.
