Sydney University Visit

This week we had the pleasure of participating in a workshop led by the outreach coordinator from the University of Sydney's Engineers Without Borders. This was a workshop focused on the application and theory of coding. It was a wonderful opportunity for our students.

Class of the Week - 5/6 Red

This week 5/6 Red have been working with others to learn about natural disasters in Science. We have been researching, questioning and developing explanations to understand how rapid or extreme natural events can affect the Earth’s surface and environment.

We have also been 3D printing the models we designed last term, where students had to evaluate and then make improvements to a familiar product.

In English we have started our unit on the book Wonder where we talk about the ways authors create and develop their characters and have started a unit on multiplication and division in Maths.
