High School Transition Day

Our Year 6 students had an exciting opportunity to attend Transition Day at both Bathurst and Kelso High Schools. This experience allowed them to explore what life will be like in high school, meet new teachers, make new friends, and gain a feel for their future learning environments.

We are incredibly proud of the confidence and enthusiasm our students showed throughout the day. They embraced every opportunity, participated actively in a range of activities, and made valuable new connections.

We wish our Stage 2 and 3 dance troupes well for next Tuesday's Western Dance Festival at BMEC. The students rehearse during the day and perform that evening. The students (and staff) are eager to participate. Tickets can be purchased from BMEC’s website.

Stage of the Week

This fortnight Stage 2 have worked on the importance of teamwork in both Science and Mathematics through collaborative investigations, problem solving activities and group discussions.

It is wonderful to see students supporting one another as a Stage!
