Due to an injury I stopped training my push-ups and sit ups for about a month oh dear Rittr labs have apps called situps ,push-ups,squats, started the push-ups app this morning my goal is to be able to do 75 straight push-ups in five weeks and the same in situps for those challenging for a gradings soon they are a good thing to put on your devices
