🌟Dylan has capped off his Oceania debut with a stellar Arthur Eustace Shield win, recognizing his outstanding performance for U18’s at the Championships. Building on an impressive campaign, he achieved a hat-trick of wins: 400m and meet record (47.00) personal best, 200m personal best, and 4x400m relay also breaking the meet record….. AND Flag bearer!

The Australian Junior Athletics Championships may be wrapped up, but the buzz and pride are here to stay! Huge congrats to my superstar squad members on smashing it out there! 🌟Dylan - 1st (Championship Record) 400m, 3rd 200m, 1st 4 x 400m relay, 9th 100m 🌟Will - 4th (massive PB) 800m, 6th 400m (another PB) 🌟Ania - 2000m SC (PB), 3000m 🌟 Alyssa - 100m hurdles (PB) To my athletes on field who attend for sprints and conditioning 🌟Eliza - High Jump and 🌟Savannah Hammer Throw and Discus - 1st Hammer, 2nd Shot Put as well as 2nd in Hammer two age groups up! Congratulations to your field coaches too! Lots to come!!

I am super proud of all my athletes for their dedication and achievements at the NSW Juniors. Amongst all the PB’s over the 3 days, there were notable performances including Ania’s bronze 🥉 medal in the 2000m steeplechase and Dylan’s silver 🥈 medal in the 100m, and gold 🥇medals in the 200m and 400m events, with Dylan also setting a new LANSW record in the 400m.

Will’s 800m is to be recognised for the courage and resilience shown by finishing the race after a devastating fall. This is what it is all about.

Congratulations to Dylan Ruming and Arden Cutler on achieving national qualifiers over the weekend. Dylan adds the 100m and 200m to his already 400m qualifying time for the Australian Athletics championships. Arden, who travels from Lithgow to Bathurst to train with me for track has also achieved a national qualification in the heptathlon. 🏃🏼🏃‍♀️🌟 Huge congrats to these two athletes…. I am super proud of you both and your commitment. 🙌
