Who said we can’t flip our ol girls yes sir easy we did our first ever non practise Huli today
5 in the canoe Ru, Ruth, Tracey M, Sandy and Wayne (s) here’s to say prefer to do these in the summer the crew did very well, righted the canoe with expertise regrouped and continued to paddle for another 30mins. But hey we were wet already and the Polar Plunge was taking place so these legends all went and plunged under again. Perfect morning followed by coffee at the bakery

Today we hit the water with a feels like 2.5 degrees the steam rising off the ocean and the sun shining what a wonderful way to start your Sunday morning. Brilliant paddle highlite with great drills and improvement by all new paddlers. If you love the ocean and would like to try Outrigging send us a message. Currently paddling Sunday mornings at 8.00am followed by coffee and Thursday afternoons at 4.30pm for a quick hit out.

Great paddle this morning grey skies didn’t keep us away.
6 new paddlers on water again today with 6 members wow everyone is paddling so well. A great 6km hit out with some great splits. Marnie went great guns steering, a great session had by all, just check out the smiles! Most of us followed up with coffee at the Batehaven bakehouse.

Great paddle today
Tracie steering a canoe of 6 with John assisting and the other canoe had 5 headed across the bay to Moloney’s beach with dolphins 🐬 in our wake amazing turned the phone on late so we actually paddled a good 6km. Well done to all. Followed by brunch at the bake house. Shirts look terrific.

2 full canoes filled with loads of new paddles a grey day didn’t set us back check out the timing after only a few goes you guys all rock such a great sport open to mixed ages and abilities
