Stage 2 students have been working hard, putting the writing process into action. They began by drafting their fact files, carefully editing and revising their work to make sure their information was clear and accurate. Finally, they published their finished drafts on brand new templates, showcasing their improved writing skills.

Alongside their writing, the students enjoyed expressing their creativity by painting platypuses using watercolour paints. It was wonderful to see their unique artistic styles shine through as they brought these iconic Australian animals to life. Well done to all our talented learners!

At the start of the term we captured some very special first day of Kindy photos of our newest learners beginning their school journey at Bass Hill Public School.

There were lots of big smiles, a few nervous giggles and plenty of excitement as students met new friends, explored their classrooms and started discovering what school life is all about.

Enjoy these special snapshots from the very beginning of their Kindy adventure!

Stay tuned to see what they have been up to since then!
