Our catchment area of our student population lies between Woopen Ck to the south and north to Babinda, with the majority of students living in Bartle Frere. School begins at 8.50am and concludes at 3.00 pm. Several leadership programs are offered every year for senior students along with a transition programs into high school. The school has two classrooms catering for Years P-6 and is well equipp
ed with many modern facilities, such as kitchen facilities, access to computers, interactive whiteboards and a comprehensive library. Bartle Frere School provides an individualised program for every student- hence a long standing history of high achievers! We have many achievements to date including letters from politicians congratulating the school on consistently being above National Benchmarks in literacy and numeracy.
