Recognizing this need, Eclat Learning Studio we launched "Sahasra", a career development program dedicated to equipping students with these essential skills, completely free of charge in Sri Lanka.

I'm thrilled to share it with you all that I've progressed past the first stage of selection process for the Leadership Management and Conflict Resolution Certification Cambridge 2024, a fully-funded opportunity aimed at developing leadership skills in individuals. I cued
few interesting things today... When you see someone, who is trying to explain his/ her points vehemently in a speech, how effective is it? What are the stonewalls? What made him/her falter the speech in front of the audience? How to propel the speech on any occasion to the next level?

When you're preparing a speech what are the things you need to consider in terms of saying it?
Let's clear the gait.

1) Use simple, clear, vivid and right words.
2) Use simple sentences.
3) Use a lesser number of syllable contained words. (will explain)
4) Use rhetorical devices. (will explain)
5) No jargon
6) Grammar
7) Pronunciation
