Providing resilience building capacity through individual coaching programs.

Do you work on your farm business or in it?

Resilient and profitable businesses are disciplined in developing strategic plans and effectively managing their people and finances. Farmers are no exception.

Over the last 20 years I have worked with hundreds of farm businesses trying to sustain and maximise profitability whilst dealing with the challenges of natural disasters, market pressures, succession planning, climate, and increasing costs of production. When efforts are focused on working in the business rather than on it, the farm business is not meeting its potential.

Taking time to work on your business can deliver a positive return on investment. Farm business coaching is a great opportunity for farmers who are ready to invest time, to work on their business, to build resilience and profitability into their business.

NSW based farm businesses can now access a new 6-month business coaching program as part of the NSW Farm Business Resilience Program

I look forward to delivering farm business coaching as part of this new 6-month interactive program for a group of farm businesses based in the North West and Central West LLS regions, commencing in October 2024.

The program is rolling out across NSW so if you are located in other regions you can also apply to join a group in your local area. Read on for more information on this program and how to apply:
