Like many men thought that he had to cycle between cutting and bulking to get results. 🔄

The problem with this is when he cut down he realised,

“Damn I’m lean but I feel skinny”,

and then would start aggressively bulking at which at the end of the following 3 months he had the complete opposite reaction and thought,

“Damn I’m big but I’ve put on fat, I need to get lean”.

Only to diet exactly back to where he was and essentially made very marginal progress for YEARS.

This is when we introduced Mitchell to the Lean Bulk Method.

A two-phase approach that allows you to simultaneously build muscle AND drop fat.

And it is this approach that has worked for me and 1000’s of my clients.

Here’s how:

🔥 Lean Phase: The focus here is to reduce your body fat to the optimal range of 10-15%. This sets the stage for efficient and effective muscle gains. And don’t worry; you’ll still be building muscle during this phase especially if you’re new to training.

💪 Building Phase: Unlike conventional bulking methods that lead to unwanted fat, the Building Phase allows you to build muscle whilst staying lean.

Take Mitchell for example, it took him 6 weeks to complete his Lean Phase and then he was ready to start his Building Phase, and this is where he will be for the remainder of his training life.

Just take a look at the amount of mass Mitchell was able to build by week 12 all whilst staying lean. 💪
