“The structure of the course and the tasks were well executed, concise and precise. I was so proud of my staff and what a way to get everyone thinking deeply about their role and the part they play in the school’s direction. To think there are teachers there that are in their third year of teaching and have been thrust into leadership positions because I needed them too and to hear their insights was amazing. I knew the course should be challenging for them but I did not expect them to all grow so much. Thank you.”
