TAFE NSW - Ballina

Comments

What is the latest advice from Ballina? What about students who cannot or do not feel comfortable attending class? I understand there was a meeting taking place today? Can you please update us. Thanks so much.
Please can you consider offering a local short course in visual art practice/painting? And TAFE has such a wonderful reputation.I know there would be a lot of interest especially with our huge retired population who would be willing to pay for tuition. As the former Chair of Arts Northern Rivers I know there are more art pratitioners here than anywhere in NSW after Sydney.

When you get great service let people know. Anyone who knows Angus knows that his education has been a bit hit and miss, along with other issues. This year the wonderful counsellor at TAFE worked out he could be studying maths, so he enrolled and after gradually easing back into study he decided to take on some more. Since July he has been going full time, had some challenges but he is committed and up for the challenge. I'm so proud of him. It might take him a few more years to get where he wants to go but he is stepping outside his comfort zone and working on learning even though he finds it incredibly difficult. Love my boy
