SSV State Senior Girls Volleyball Finals 🏐
On Thursday the 14th, our Senior Girls took the trip to the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre to compete at the SSV State Senior Girls Volleyball finals.

“States was a big moment for Woodmans Hill. Everyone gave their best and supported one another from start to finish. Couldn’t be prouder of the team and the effort we put in” – Mia, Barribin House Captain
Whilst the girls were unable to secure a win against the strong competition, they still came away with the 5th highest point %, leaving them just outside the final 4 and missing the semi-finals.
“Proud of our team at States. Everyone showed up, worked hard, and represented our school with real commitment. Grateful for the effort and the support we held our own and did it together.” – Ebi, Kadac House Captain
We are extremely proud of our senior girls, as they demonstrated our Woodmans Hill values through all levels of competition.
“States was a solid day for us. The team pushed through every event and backed each other the whole way. Proud to be a house captain and proud of how we showed up. Thanks to everyone who helped us get there.” – Sami, Kanyul House Captain

We look forward to 2027, where the girls aim to represent the Greater Western Region and Woodmans Hill community at the state finals again.
