Discover your family ties to a language and its culture. WHO ARE WE? The VSL is a government school that operates out of hours. The Ballarat Centre classes run at Ballarat High School in the Admin Building on Thursdays during school term from 4:30pm to 7:30pm. WHAT LANGUAGES CAN YOU LEARN AT THE BALLARAT CENTRE? We offer Chinese (Mandarin) 1-10, French 1-10, German 1-10, and Japanese 1-10. WHO CAN

ENROL? We welcome anyone who would like to learn one of our languages. School students from grade 1 to VCE who don't have access to their chosen language in their day school, or who would like extra tuition with a day school language, are very welcome. So are adults, no matter what age! WHAT DOES IT COST? A small annual charge is paid at enrolment: Year 1-10 $70, and adults and extra tuition $210.
