This term, we’re putting an even bigger focus on connection, support and validation. Becoming a mother is a huge life transition, and your experience deserves to be seen, heard and supported.

Whether you’re becoming a mum for the first time, welcoming another little one, or somewhere in between… you matter, your experience matters, and you don’t have to navigate motherhood alone. 🫶

Hi Everyone.

We’re so excited for Term Three to commence next week. We have some incredible guest presenters joining us throughout the term to share their knowledge and support our mums.

Sometimes it can be difficult to know what questions to ask, especially when it comes to topics like baby sleep, understanding what our babies need, why they need it, and how to navigate the different stages can feel overwhelming. Our guest sleep consultant Emma from Baby & Toddler Sleep Consultant | Emma will help answer some of those questions and provide practical, evidence-based guidance on sleep in the first year.

Supporting mums’ mental health is also a priority. The postpartum period brings many changes, and having access to helpful tools, strategies, and resources can make a real difference. Emma from Emma Rodgers | Ballarat Psychologist will share valuable insights to help you feel informed, supported, and connected.

We can’t wait to welcome you all back for another wonderful term of connection and support.

As the swap is during an active Node term, we are only accepting donations for a limited range to ensure we can be set up on time and packed up for the Node Session on the following Monday.

As mentioned, I wanted to share some of the lovely comments from our Term Two mums.

I’m so glad you enjoyed it. Joining a mothers’ group during such a significant and vulnerable time in your life can sometimes feel daunting. Knowing that the space felt welcoming and safe, and that you felt comfortable sharing your thoughts and experiences, is truly wonderful to hear.

Hi everyone! I’m so excited to share that we’ll be running TWO FREE drop-in days at Node on Thursday 2nd and Thursday 9th July. 🤍

I’d love to open the space up to mums who are curious about Node but aren’t quite ready to commit to a full term.

It’s a relaxed opportunity to come along, meet the new owner (me! 😊), connect with other mums who have attended Node previously or are currently part of our community, and get a feel for what we’re all about. We would love you welcome you xx
