Today, our Fire Carrier students had the special opportunity to meet with Jenna Oldaker, who shared an artwork she has created especially for Our Lady’s.
The artwork celebrates Wadawurrung Country, connection, belonging, faith and journeying together, while bringing together our connection to Country and our Catholic identity.
We are incredibly grateful to Jenna for creating something so meaningful and unique for our school community. We look forward to sharing more of the artwork and its story soon.

Yesterday at Our Lady’s, we celebrated our Feast Day and recognised the inspiring legacy of Saint Mary MacKillop.
A special thank you to our Grade 5/6 students, who did an amazing job designing and leading our whole school prayer. It was a beautiful celebration of faith, community and service.

Today we're cheering on one of our students, Xavier, as he competes on the national stage!
With 83 competitors in his age group, it's sure to be a big challenge, but we're already so proud of his hard work, dedication and determination to reach this point.
On behalf of the entire Our Lady’s community, we wish Xavier the very best of luck. We're cheering you on every step of the way!

It was a pleasure to welcome Juliana Addison MP, b3 Architects, Adrian and CiQ Construction to our school and share the exciting progress of our renovations.
Our students, Nina and Maverick, loved the opportunity to show you around and showcase our wonderful school community. We are grateful for the investment in creating contemporary learning environments and inviting outdoor spaces that will benefit our students for many years to come.
Thank you to everyone involved in bringing this project to life, including b3 Architects and CiQ Construction. We look forward to seeing our students continue to learn, grow and thrive in these beautiful new spaces.
Our Lady Help of Christians School, Wendouree is looking good as it undergoes an amazing renovation of learning areas and improvements to the outdoor learning spaces and landscaping thanks to the Allan Labor Government.
Thanks for showing me around Nina and Mav. Great work by b3 Architects and Adrian and CiQ Construction.

What a fabulous, action-packed term at Our Lady’s! ✨
From discos and pirate-themed costume days, to new classrooms, beautiful landscaping, our Mother’s Day liturgy and afternoon tea, whole school prayer gatherings, assemblies... and so much incredible learning along the way!
We finished the term with a movie night… although we’re not sure how much of the movie was actually watched amongst all the chatter, laughter, and catching up! 😄 It was a wonderful way to come together, celebrate, and finish the term as a community. ❤️

🏴☠️ Why do we celebrate Peaceful Pirates Day at Our Lady's?
Not only is it a chance to revisit our school norms of being Respectful, Responsible and Resilient (RRR... hence the pirate pun 😉), it's also an opportunity to bring a little extra joy to our school community. ❤️
From dress-ups and laughter to shared experiences and special memories, Peaceful Pirates Day reminds us that learning and wellbeing go hand in hand. When children feel connected, valued and happy, they thrive.
And judging by the smiles today, there was plenty of JOY to go around! ☠️✨

At Our Lady's, we are well known for our strong wellbeing and pastoral care, and we are incredibly proud of the way our students are supported and cared for each day. 💙 💙 💙
📚 And while wellbeing is at the heart of who we are, we are also deeply committed to academic growth and achievement.
✨ Through a balanced curriculum that values both rigour and creativity, written skills and technology, we help every child grow in confidence, curiosity, and capability.
🌱 Our goal is simple: to develop the whole child, supporting each student to flourish both personally and academically.
