Weeks 6&7

This week Tom Johnston represented the South Coast primary boys rugby team in Mudgee.
After 3 days of Rugby they come home WINNERS of the Coastie Cup against North Coast and also winning the Convener's shield. Tom proudly represented Balgownie Public School in NSWPSSA tournament with pride

In celebration of Science Week at BPS, our students enjoyed a fantastic ‘Teacher Challenge’ on Monday afternoon! The blindfolded guessing contest had everyone laughing, especially when Mrs Barton bravely went last, after all the quirky noises made by her fellow teachers. It was a joyful afternoon filled with fun and laughter. And don’t worry— all our insect friends were safely released immediately after the show!

Today our netball girls were very fortunate to have a special visit and training session with Taylah Davies. Taylah is an Australian netballer and Australian rules footballer. She was a member of the NSW Swifts in the ANZ Championship and the Giants in the Suncorp Super League. Taylah trained with the girls today and shared her knowledge and skills on how to be a successful netballer. The girls were so grateful for her visit and are ready for our grand final on Monday. Go Bally!
