⚽️BASSA Carnival Weather Reminder🏀

🌧️We are looking forward to our upcoming carnival; however, current forecasts indicate that conditions may be wet and cold on the day.

✨The safety and wellbeing of our students remains our priority.

💫To ensure all students stay as comfortable as possible, we kindly ask families to please prepare by sending:
- A change of clothes
- Extra socks
- Warm/waterproof clothing (e.g. jumpers, waterproof jackets, poncho)
- A towel

🖊️Please clearly label all items and pack them in a waterproof bag where possible.

☔️We will continue to monitor the weather closely and keep families informed of any changes.

Our PBS focus this week is, ‘We are a good role model.’

🌸Earlier this week, we also bid farewell to Mrs Goddin, a much-loved and valued member of our school community, as she retired.

🌺Throughout her many years of service, Mrs Goddin has shared her kindness, wisdom, dedication and unwavering commitment with countless students, families and colleagues. She has been a steady presence in our school, leaving behind a legacy of care, connection and many wonderful memories.

🌼Thank you, Mrs Goddin, for the difference you have made and for the countless lives you have touched along the way. Your contribution to our school will always be remembered and appreciated.

🌻We wish you a retirement filled with happiness, relaxation, new adventures and plenty of time to enjoy the things you love. You will be greatly missed, but never forgotten. 🪴

💫Yesterday, we said goodbye (for a while) to Mrs Davis, one of our Year 6 teachers, as she heads off on maternity leave to prepare to welcome her second little one. We want to thank you for the care, dedication and warmth you have shared with our Year 6 students.

✨You have made such a positive impact, helping your students grow, learn and thrive in their final year of primary school. You will be missed by students, families and staff alike.

🌟Wishing you and your growing family so much joy as you begin this next exciting chapter. We can’t wait to hear about your newest arrival and hope this time is filled with love, cuddles and precious moments.

Great news…the weather looks fine for the Morning Movement Club tomorrow!🙌 Students who signed up should meet Miss Jardim on the school oval at 7:50am.

Reminder: School is closed for students tomorrow while parent-teacher interviews take place. The online booking system for appointments closed yesterday at 12:00pm as advertised.
