Our weather theme has been quite the attraction this week already. A fitting tribute to the weather outside too.
We’ve spotted two rainbows, had heavy rain, sun showers, thunder, no lightening yet but tomorrow looks like a big rain day.

Hi everyone. Todays post is a little different and I’m asking for your help. With the power of numbers and the support of wonderful people, every little bit counts.
This mummy is one of my son’s basketball team mums. She’s an incredible, selfless human who never says no to taking on a child if they need a safe, loving home. She fosters and opens her home to so many children, she even extended her home loan to build extra bedrooms a few years ago so she could help more kids. She gives these kids a heart all in, safe foundation for them to thrive. I watch her week after week with her little tribe (and why she drives a bus) come from little athletics where they get to know extended community to basketball games where they love to support their ‘big brother’ Maggie and her own kids have done this for so many kids over the years. Some long term since babies and others for a short springboard. And if that’s not enough, she also provides respite care for other foster families too. I could go on as Maggie’s story is one of heart and humble beginnings. Basically she’s a diamond and needs our support to get her car back on the road! Can you help?

They’ve named a star in the Puppis constellation which represents a Ship, in honour of their children’s journey at Fox Family Day Care! 🌟 What a beautiful nod to our time together - just like a ship lights the way on its voyage, I’ve had the privilege of guiding and caring for their little ones. I’m so grateful for this thoughtful gesture and the trust they placed in me with their babes.
To all the families who’ve celebrated with me over the years- every gesture, big or small, shines bright in my heart💖 🚢
