Today our Certificate III in Individual Support students at our Balcatta campus came together to celebrate their peers identity and uniqueness as part of their diversity unit 🌏💛

It was such a fantastic event filled with connection, laughter and learning. Students embraced each other’s cultures, backgrounds and experiences, creating a space where everyone was truly valued.

From sharing food to meaningful conversations, the room was full of positive energy and inclusivity. The feedback from students was overwhelmingly positive, highlighting just how important these moments are in building understanding and respect.

We are so proud of our students for the way they supported one another and brought this celebration to life.👏✨

Today marks the first day back for our students and we are excited to kick off the new year! Our Campus Support Officers are back on deck across all campuses, ready to take your calls, answer enquiries, and help you settle back into study.

Friday 19 December will be our final day on campus, with classes and campuses reopening on Wednesday 7 January.

Thank you to our students, staff, trainers, and partners for your support throughout another great year at Industry Skills Training.

Today the IST team came together to recognise the year that was, a year full of hard work, growth, challenges, and some fantastic achievements. It was the perfect chance to pause, connect, and celebrate everything our team has accomplished. Even though some team members couldn’t be with us today, they too play an integral part.

We kicked off the morning with our annual awards, acknowledging the incredible effort, dedication, and teamwork shown across the year. From there we headed off for an activity that brought out some fun competitive spirit!before finishing the day with a relaxed lunch, great conversations, and our always entertaining gift exchange.

Days like this highlight what makes our team exceptional, every one adds something meaningful to the culture we are proud to call ours. 😌

I would also like to give a big shoutout to Damon, who was recognised today for an amazing 7 years of service. Thank you, Damon, for your continued commitment to IST and our students! 💫
