Oh Nicole! Your heart is such a good heart too! I’m so glad this happened to you and I’m in tears just seeing you and how genuine and humble and grateful you are to everyone who has been a part of this journey of you becoming the Zumba instructor and leader you have become. And I am glad you acknowledge the dedication and hard work you have brought to this moment in your life. Your videos inspire so many of us instructors around the world. When I was feeling down and out about life a few years ago I was contemplating quitting teaching Zumba after teaching for about 10 years. Then I just happened to see a video you did and it just hit me like a switch and turned on my light again and I’ve been teaching now since 2012. And I have you to thank for that. Otherwise I probably would have quit a few years ago. So - Well done my Zumba sister well done. Much love and best wishes from across the pond. 👏 👏 👏!!!

October is Seniors Month 👌.
I spend the majority of my week being bossed around by people that are older than me 😜.
To celebrate their place in my life I’m offering two free Zumba Gold sessions ✌️.
That’s right anyone who attends that includes the regulars can attend free of charge on the following dates-

🤗Johnsonville Salsa Workshop was a BIG success. I taught two Salsa’s to warm everyone up and Jorge led us through how to become a better dancer as well as a Cuban 🇨🇺 dance sequence 🫶. I learnt a lot and we all enjoyed the morning together.

I’m restless 😬
Teaching one class less a week and I have energy to burn! Sometimes I wish I could be in a more populated area so I could attend other Zumba classes and possibly team teach 🫶. Or work at a big gym in the City 🤗. When you have the skill set and ability you tend to want to share it.
I have learnt to just rest a bit also ✌️.
Any jobs going 😜.

May is a significant month for me 🎂, and this weekend I will be celebrating my birthday. In the last 48 hours, I have been showered with gifts and affection 🫶. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to teach on my birthday, both online and in-person. A notable experience that stands out was when I was presented with a glass of w**e 🍷 on stage, while my students performed a choreographed dance they had been practicing 🙌. You may not be aware that many of the people I see regularly have become close friends, and it is a wonderful feeling to be shown how much I am valued by them. Now that I am no longer employed at the hospital, this aspect of my life has taken on even greater significance. It is truly a special experience 😘.
