I’m beyond excited and truly humbled to share that I have been awarded **Centre Manager of the Year**! This recognition is not just a personal achievement but a reflection of the incredible support, love, and dedication that surrounds me every day.

First and foremost, I want to thank our amazing families. Your trust, loyalty, and involvement in our Cubby Care community make everything we do possible. It’s your children who inspire us to be our best, and your ongoing support is the foundation of all that we achieve.

To our wonderful staff – you are the heart of everything we do. I couldn’t be more proud to work alongside such a dedicated, passionate, and caring team. Your willingness to grow, learn, and embrace change has helped us reach new heights, and this award is as much yours as it is mine. Each one of you brings something special to Cubby Care, and for that, I am deeply grateful.

And of course, a huge thank you to our entire Cubby Care community. Whether you are near or far, your encouragement and belief in what we do makes this journey all the more meaningful. I’m so lucky to be part of such a caring and vibrant group of people.

📣 📣 Important Information – Confirming Income! 📣📣

🟥 2021-2022 Financial Year

If you received CCS for 2021-2022 and you did not confirm your income by 30 June 2024:
• You may have been sent a letter telling you to repay all CCS paid during 2021-2022
• Your CCS would have cancelled from 8 July 2024. A new claim will need to resubmitted once your income has been confirmed.

🟥 2022-2023 Financial Year

If you received CCS for 2022-2023 and you did not confirm your income by 30 June 2024:
• Your payments will have stopped
• From 8 July 2024 your CCS would have reduced to 0%. Your income will need to be confirmed to reinstate your CCS Entitlements.

🟥 2023-2024 Financial Year

If you received CCS for 2023-2024 you have until 30 June 2025 to confirm your income. Failure to do so will mean:
• From 7 July 2025 your CCS will reduce to 0%
