Guess who’s coming back from Italy?
🇮🇹👀The holidays are almost over, the aprons are coming back on… and yes, Origins is BACK!

😂After our little winter break, we’re ready to get back into the kitchen, make a beautiful mess, cook, laugh, eat and share everything we love about real Italian food.

Our first class back is Friday 28 August and we honestly can’t wait to see you around our benches again. ❤️
Anna is coming back from Italy.
Sara is ready.

This is what a cooking class looks like when nobody is taking it too seriously.

You don’t need a special occasion to make a memory.

Sometimes it’s just flour on your hands, something delicious taking shape in front of you… and a few hours where you forget about everything else.

Yes, we teach you how to cook authentic Italian food.
But somewhere between the first “How do I do this?” and sitting down to enjoy what you’ve made, something else happens.

People think they’re booking a cooking class.
What they don’t expect is spending three hours laughing with complete strangers, sharing stories, learning new skills and creating memories together.
The pasta is important.
But moments like these are what make us love what we do. ❤️🇮🇹

Just learning something new, laughing with people around you, and being completely present in the moment.

It sounds simple.

When was the last time you did something for the first time?

Not because you had to.
Not because it was useful.
Not because it was work.

Just because you were curious.

Somewhere along the way, many of us stop trying new things.
We get busy.
We get comfortable.
We convince ourselves we’ll do it another day.

Then one day we’re standing at a bench making fresh pasta from scratch, and we remember how good it feels to learn something new.

Maybe that’s why cooking is never really just about the food.

At Origins, it’s never just about learning a recipe.

It’s about sharing stories, creating memories, meeting wonderful people, gaining confidence in the kitchen, and enjoying a few hours completely immersed in Italian tradition.
