How do we perform a Mudra?
Our fingers build mudras, bending, crossing, stretching, and touching our fingers and palms. In order to communicate with our body and mind.
By connecting our fingers we activate areas of our brain.
There are passive and active mudras, the passive ones are formed by touching the fingertips and the active ones, the thumb connects with the nails of the other fingers.

¿Cómo realizamos un Mudra?
Nuestros dedos construyen Mudras, doblando, cruzando, estirando, y tocando nuestros dedos y palmas. Para así comunicarnos con nuestro cuerpo y mente.
Conectando nuestros dedos activamos zonas de nuestros cerebro.
Existen mudras pasivos y activos, los pasivos se Forman tocando las yemas de los dedos y los activos el dedo pulgar conecta con las uñas de los otros dedos.

It is a common belief that to be "spiritual" you must perform certain rituals, eat in a certain way and dress in specific clothes, this belief suggests that the power is external, however this is incorrect, your spirituality resides within your Mind.
Power must be inside and not outside, following what is good for us benefits us, following what others say does not, it is the Other in us.
No matter how much we focus on the external, it will never replace the internal, but focusing on the internal will always have an effect on the external.

Si alguien te dice que para ser “espiritual” debes realizar ciertos rituales, comer de determinada manera, vestir con ropas específicas, esto no refleja más que el poder esta afuera, tu espiritualidad está en tu Mente.
El poder debe estar adentro y no afuera, seguir lo que nos hace bien nos beneficia, seguir lo que los demás dicen no, es el Otro en nosotros.
Por más que nos enfoquemos en lo externo nunca va a suplir a lo interno pero enfocarnos en lo interno siempre tendrá un efecto en lo externo. ALM

This poem written by Thomas while he is imprisoned in India, describes a young protagonist from Syria who lives in a palace where he enjoys courtly life. However, the parents of this young man entrust him with a mission to Egypt.
This poem is an allegory to the life and journey of the Human Being.
The young courtier represents the Soul that comes to earth entrusted with the mission of educating himself.
The pearl that this young man seeks is the wisdom, the knowledge that humanity has as its objective.
The parents and kingdom of this young man represent the Logos, God, the true home.
The clothes that the young man strips off to start the journey represent the vehicles that our Soul uses to live on the different planes.
The reminder letter is a guide for he to wake up and go on his way in search of the pearl. This awakening, coming to oneself, is the need of the Human Being to keep the real essence latent, the true nature and not forget where he comes from and where he is going. That sleepy state that most of Humanity lives in.
