Congratulations to the Barrenjoey High School Snowsports team on their outstanding performance at the Interschools National Championships last week at Perisher Blue!

A special shout-out to Max M and Jed P, who proudly secured 3rd place in the Team Snowboard Cross event. Max also achieved an impressive 4th place in the Snowboard Slopestyle individual event.

Other notable results include:
• Romeo M, Liam D, and Louie G finishing 11th, and Archer M and Cohen J placing 14th in the Snowboard Cross team events.
• In the Snowboard Giant Slalom individual event, Max M finished 33rd.
• In the Snowboard Cross individual event: Max M placed 10th, Jed P 11th, Romeo M 30th, Liam D 44th, Archer M 57th, Louie G 58th, and Cohen J 59th.
• Opal C competed in the Girls Boardercross, finishing 52nd.

Well done to all our athletes for their hard work, dedication, and fantastic results.

Thank you also to the Barrenjoey parents for their hard work in making this event a logistical success on the ground and to Ms Yakich for her management of the team from the schools' perspective.
