Always had that dream of getting up in the morning and just walk into my garden and pick my own berries 🙌, now we’re enjoying exactly that with our beautiful little mulberry tree 🌱 feeling very grateful

I was thinking about the meaning of embodiment.
To me it means that what is within us comes to the surface and shows in our being. It shines through in our gestures, in our tone, whether we move fast or slow, whether we take a moment to smile and of course what we say, how we say it and lastly our actions. Embodiment is how we use our body to bring our inside into the outer world.
So I am finding ways to use dance to help us to do exactly that.

Here I am dancing to bring the joy and sensuality that lives inside me into my outer world and into my reality ❤️
