I have spent years attempting to have Australia food authorities ban artificial colours and educate Australians- especially parents and school canteen administrators to avoid them. It’s worth spending that bit more to make sure your kids are not ingesting what amounts to neurotoxins - especially when you want them to concentrate in class.
