Here’s what’s happening in Week 9 and Week 10. There’s plenty to look forward to as we finish the term strong! 💚

One of the many benefits of being part of the Geebung State School community is access to our heated swimming pool ✨

Students at Geebung participate in swimming lessons during Terms 1 and 4. This means every student receives six months of swimming lessons at no cost to families.

Our swimming program helps students build confidence, develop important water safety skills and stay active while having fun in the water.

🏃‍♀️💚 Senior Athletics Carnival - The countdown is on!

Our Geebung Flyers are ready to hit the track, show their house spirit and enjoy a day of friendly competition at this year’s Senior Athletics Carnival.

📅 Wednesday 17 June
📍 Little Athletics, Bowden Park, Geebung

Whether they’re sprinting, jumping, throwing or cheering on their teammates, we can’t wait to see our students giving their best and having fun.

Which house will take home the trophy? 👀

Congratulations to our Stradbroke/Minjerribah team for the most points this week - you can wear your sports short to school Friday.

Our Prep to Year 3 Geebung Flyers are ready to run, jump and have fun at our Junior Athletics Carnival this Monday!

📅 Next Monday 15th June
⏰ 9:00am – 11:00am
📍 Geebung School Oval

Students are encouraged to wear their house shirt, hat and bring a water bottle.

Parents, carers and friends are warmly welcome to come along and support our students. Please bring a folding chair, as seating is limited.
