We talk about leadership a lot, but leadership is really about leading yourself. How you get through the dark moments, how you get through the moments when things don’t right right, how you get through the things when they’re going really good, and you keep your feet grounded. And its about preparing yourself well.
If you don’t have all of those understandings to the highest level, then you get found out at Test level. I think that’s where Australian rugby really needs to work hard at helping their players, fast-track them to higher level by educating them and making it more competitive. Credit: Steve Hansen
