Life with young children is busy!
Building mindful ways into the early years of life can add much richness, happiness and also lower stress levels in unexpected ways for all.
Join a small group (LIMITED NUMBERS) of other parents for six weeks to reflect on your family culture, the values that are important to your family and how they can guide you on your parenting journey.
This course will be delivered solely via Zoom. There will be an in person opportunity offered following the course for some face to face activities and content.
Over six weeks on Zoom, we will discuss:
· gentle daily rhythms
· respectful care practices
· family values and culture
· seasonal rhythms and celebrations
· understanding around child development
· managing transitions and holding loving boundaries
· nurturing rhythms and practices for the young child
· developing children’s capacity in age appropriate ways
· self care for parents
This course will bring clear insight into child development, the senses, the development of the brain, the bigger picture of family life and the long journey towards raising mindful and kind young adults.
This course would be useful for families from pregnancy to 12 years of age and beyond.
Wednesdays: May 20th, 27th, June 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th
7.45pm - 9.30 pm Via Zoom
Cost: $370 for six weeks including all support materials.
EARLY BIRD RATE: $320 ends Saturday 16th May

The partner / refresher price is $120 - $200 depending on what you are able to pay. (Usually $370 or $320 earlybird)
If you are able to pay at the full rate it is appreciated and supports others who cannot afford to attend to come along at a lower rate.
This is part one of a two part program totally 12 weeks. Part two will be offered later in 2026
