Ecstatic Dance Brisbane

Ecstatic Dance Brisbane The first Ecstatic Dance Brisbane event happened in November 2013 in Northey St. Market, on the Cafe deck.

We started by offering free outdoor dance events, to share with the community the practice that changed our lives... Ecstatic Dance is a mindful movement practice that helps people connect with their bodies and inner wisdom. Through Dance, Music, and Cacao Ceremonies, participants reach ecstatic states, dissolving mental barriers and accessing deeper subconscious intelligence. It's a chance to connect deeply with oneself and others, embracing freedom, joy, and honesty.

A Sacred Prelude to Dance
Before gathering in the opening circle for the Cacao Ceremony | Ecstatic Dance | Sound Healing, nourish your body with our Complimentary Bliss Balls. Handcrafted with intention and pure earth magic, these nutrient-dense bites are crafted to anchor your energy and prime your spirit for the dance ahead.

The Organic Ingredients:
The Heart: Rich, antioxidant-packed Cacao blended with sweet, mineral-dense Dates.

The Crunch & Cream: A nourishing pairing of crisp Almonds and buttery Macadamias.

The Brightness & Warmth: Tangy Dried Cherries balanced by the aromatic softness of pure Vanilla.

The Balance: A crystalline touch of Sea Salt to elevate the chocolate notes and replenish essential electrolytes.

The Intention Behind the Blend

Designed specifically for the journey from stillness to movement, the healthy fats from the almonds and macadamias ground your nervous system, while the natural sugars from dates and cherries provide sustained vitality for free-flowing dance. A warm whisper of vanilla softens the senses, making every bite a mindful bridge between ceremony and rhythm.

Mindful Invitation: Take a slow breath and savor each texture. Let the deep cacao melt on your tongue as your first sacred step into tonight’s circle.

Good fortune isn’t a sudden lightning strike.

It’s an inner openness, a softening of the space within.

When the nervous system slips into overthinking, we become cut off from the world around us.

Our vision tightens and possibilities blur...

Luck begins the moment you stop resisting.
As your attention returns to the body, anxious thoughts loosen their grip.

Your awareness expands. You start noticing the synchronicities, the intuitive whispers, the small invitations that were always waiting in plain sight.

Flow returns and serendipity finally has somewhere steady to land.

Step onto the The Dance of Luck - a dedicated sensory container designed to release cognitive fatigue and guide your system back into alignment:

Heart Opening: Rich, ceremonial cacao brewed to awaken presence and ground the breath.

Somatic Liberation: A Melodic Journey moving from steady, earthy percussion to euphoric peaks - no steps to memorize, no social masks, zero alcohol or substances.

Serene Integration: A resonant acoustic sound immersion to ground your nervous system in deep ease and clarity.

Cacao Ceremony | Ecstatic Dance | Sound Healing
