It’s a roarsome adventure and play-based learning in action.
Through imaginative play, children build communication skills, confidence, creativity and social connections, all while having fun exploring with their friends.
Because some of the biggest learning moments happen when children are free to play, imagine and discover.

Here at The Infants’ Home, our Fun with Food sessions help children explore different foods and textures through playful, pressure-free experiences at their own pace.

With gentle support from our Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists, children can build confidence around unfamiliar foods through fun, play and no pressure. 💛

We had Sports Carnival last week at The Infants Home, and our children had a blast with one of the day’s favourites, parachute play!

Lifting, shaking, and moving together wasn’t just lots of fun, it helped children practice teamwork, turn-taking, and working towards a shared goal.

big smiles, lots of laughter, and plenty of learning along the way! 🏅

This week, our children enjoyed a fun-filled Sports Carnival packed with exciting obstacle courses, games, and opportunities to try something new.

Thorough play, movement, and friendly competition, children developed problem-solving skills, perseverance, and confidence, all while making wonderful memories with their parents, friends , and educators. 💛✨

Ready, set, GO!

Our children had the best time taking part in running races at the Sports Carnival. From cheering on one another to crossing the finish line, every child gave it a go.

Activities like these help children build confidence, coordination, and resilience while having fun and staying active. 💛🏅
