This National Reconciliation Week, we have been enjoying learning all about the incredible Lilly Pilly.
In the classroom and beyond the gate, our children identified the glossy leaves, admired the vibrant pink berries, and learned about how First Nations peoples have used this amazing native plant as both a rich food source and traditional medicine for thousands of years.
The best part? The taste test! From tart bursts of fresh berries to talking about how they can be made into delicious jams, the children loved connecting with Indigenous culture through hands-on (and delicious!) learning.

Our classrooms have been filled with meaningful learning, storytelling, and connection as we celebrate National Reconciliation Week 2026.
Reconciliation starts with our youngest learners. Through shared stories, art, and exploring the rich history and cultures of First Nations peoples, we are fostering a future of respect, understanding, and unity.

We treated our amazing (and well deserving!) team of educators to a relaxing bathhouse experience, dinner and drinks to celebrate 19 years of Campbell St & 6 months of Dickson Ave. We’re grateful for the laughter, the lessons and the love at both our E&D Artarmon services- bring on the next chapter! 🎂 🥳 ❤️

Today, the children at our Campbell St & Dickson Ave services joined in on the magic of National Simultaneous Storytime. There’s something truly special about knowing children all over Australia are turning the exact same pages at the exact same time.
We loved diving into this years story, Luna Roo, sparking big imaginations and even bigger smiles. Sharing a love for literacy is at the heart of what we do!
