Our Grevillea children have been immersed in the world of gardening and nature. Curiosity has been fostered in the children to care and nurture plants to watch them grow and sprout into the herbs we eat in our food.

Reminder to the community, we have Coffee with Amore joining us again for our monthly breakfast club, which is open to Armstrong Creek.
You'll find Sharon in the car park for your morning brew! ☕

It's the 1st of June, which means Winter is upon us!
We will miss the vibrant colours of Autumn as rainy cold days are planned ahead.
Be sure to pack coats, gumboots and a beanie/warm head wear because being outside is still so important to children's growth and development in each season we experience.
Change of seasons means a change of opportunity for learning which we want to harness as much as we can!

Wellbeing, Inclusion and Cultural safety within Brighthouse extends beyond to our menu and to our Educators!

Our team have shared their Languages, Pronouns, Country of origin and Cultures with us, which you can see on their photos! Our menu has also been extensively researched and their Country / Culture of origin have been allocated to the appropriate menu item also! 😋

We found that having this information available, allows children and families to create meaningful connections and support transitions into care or Kinder and mealtimes are culturally safe for everyone.

Yesterday began our Bush Kinder program!
Our children we're so excited to explore the Warralily Conservation reserve with their bright vests through the thick fog.
Many conversations were had around Country, weather and the tiny creatures they found!

Come see us at Geelong Baby and Children's Market stall 62 and have a yarn with our team! 🥰

Today we had WildlifeXposure come show us all the amazing creatures of the deep! Our 3yr & 4yr kinder children delved into the tubs of creatures to see, touch and listen with care and respect!
Thanks for stopping by and we will see them again in July as they bring in their Native animals!
