Are you finishing school this year and unsure what comes next? Whether you're planning to work, study, complete an apprenticeship, or simply explore your options, Transition to Work (TTW) is here to help.
By registering with TTW before you commence your HSC, you can start accessing support early and develop a plan for your future. TTW is designed specifically for young people aged 15-24 and provides personalised support to help you achieve your employment, education, and training goals.
How TTW Can Support You
Our Youth Consultants can work with you one-on-one to provide:
✅ Career planning and goal setting
✅ Resume writing and job application support
✅ Interview preparation and confidence building
✅ Job search assistance and connections to local employers
✅ Apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities
✅ Work experience and paid work trial opportunities
✅ Support to complete or access further education and training
✅ Industry training and licences such as RSA, RCG, White Card, First Aid, Forklift and more
✅ Driver training and licence support through Drive 4 Life
✅ Mentoring and ongoing support from a dedicated Youth Consultant
✅ Health, wellbeing and mental health support connections
✅ Assistance with employment-related costs, training, transport and work-ready preparation where appropriate
