Humans are special

Humans don’t walk too close as it is regarded as strange behaviour. Apart from being berated they know they can’t stop if the person ahead stops.

But give them two tonne of steel, glass, rubber (and batteries) and they will happily intimidate and threaten people they don’t know who are seemingly in control of a similar machine. They will do so, safe in their belief (albeit false) that they can stop in time, not get caught and suffer no embarrassment for following so closely.

Humans are lucky there is no one else to explain the rationale of this behaviour too. One gets a licence and repeats the behaviour (hopefully less frequently than the average)
