I have gathered this step by step process to apply for ACCS through your MyGov. Alternatively if you log onto www.servicesaustralia.gov.au and search CCR temporary financial hardship it will take you directly to the same information with the hyperlinks available.
Please let me know if you intend on applying so that I can backdate if necessary.

I urge you to apply for Additional CCR before ceasing enrolment. Should you not be eligible I will cease your enrolment from the date we applied. I can apply for you or you can do it through Mygov
