Our morning tea yesterday was made extra special thanks to our wonderful cook Jess, who prepared this beautiful fresh fruit platter for the children 🍓🍊🍎🍉🍈

Filled with a variety of colourful,fresh fruits, it was a great way to encourage healthy eating and spark conversations about different textures, colours, and flavours. The children loved exploring and choosing their favourites!

🐰🌸 Easter Sensory Play in Our Kinder Room 🌸🐰

Our kinder children have been busy exploring this colourful Easter-themed sensory tray! Filled with vibrant rice, hidden eggs, and soft bunnies, this hands-on experience invites curiosity, creativity, and imaginative play.

Through sensory play, children are developing:
✨ Fine motor skills as they scoop, pour, and pick up small items
✨ Language skills as they describe textures, colours, and their discoveries
✨ Social skills through shared play and storytelling
✨ Early maths concepts like sorting, counting, and grouping

The addition of mirrors created a magical effect, encouraging children to see their play from new perspectives and extend their thinking even further.

We love creating engaging, open-ended experiences that spark joy and learning—especially with a little seasonal magic! 🐣💛
