New and exciting educational and play facilities. We are family owned and operated, and our staff have a wide range of qualifications, experience and expertise, including University Trained Early Childhood Teachers. We are committed to providing high quality care and conscientiously s

to ensure that we meet and exceed standards. Opening hours are from 6.30am to 6.00pm, 5 days a week, 50 weeks of
the year. Bright Sparks Early Learning caters for children from 0 - 12 years. We are registered for the Child Care Subsidy
(CCS) to assist with the payment of fees. We also provide Before and After School Care and Vacation Care
Programs, with specialist Out of School Hours Co-ordinators in place.

🌟 Exciting News! 🌟

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our Early Explorers Partnership Program in collaboration with Appin Public School! This innovative pilot program is designed to support our little ones as they transition to school life with confidence and joy.

Our first session focused on creating a sense of belonging and independence through engaging group learning activities and play-based school readiness experiences. Kids explored the school environment while enhancing their communication and social skills with a special emphasis on turn-taking and conversation, using the Bright Beginnings Connect and Communicate Toolkit.

Plus, we enjoyed a delightful shared morning tea that fostered friendship and connection! 🥪✨

🌿🧹 Community, teamwork and caring for our environment! 🐶🚲

This week our preschool children enjoyed a wonderful excursion around our local community. We visited our proudly sponsored local footy club grounds, Appin Dogs Junior Rugby League, before heading over to Appin’s local park and bike track to take part in Clean Up Australia Day.

The children were so excited to be out and about in our community, learning about the importance of caring for the environment and keeping our local spaces clean. With their gloves on and bags ready, our little helpers worked together to collect rubbish and make a positive difference.

Experiences like these help our children build a strong sense of belonging and responsibility for their community. We are so proud of their enthusiasm, teamwork and willingness to help look after the beautiful place we call home. 🌏💚

A big thank you to our local community for supporting our centre and helping create meaningful learning opportunities for our children.

🏡 🍎🌱 As we welcome your little ones into our early childhood environments this week, we want to ensure a smooth and joyful transition for everyone involved. Here are a few tips to help your child feel comfortable and excited about this new adventure:

1. Talk About It: Share positive stories about what they can expect. Discuss the fun activities, new friends, and caring teachers they'll encounter.

2. Familiarise Them: If possible, visit the center together before their first day. Show them around and introduce them to their new environment.

3. Establish a Routine: Consistent drop-off routines can help your child feel secure. Try to arrive at the same time each day to create familiarity.

4. Be Patient: It's normal for children to feel a bit anxious about new experiences. Encourage them to express their feelings, and reassure them that it’s okay to feel this way.

5. Stay Positive: Your attitude sets the tone. Share your excitement about their new journey, and remind them that they will have a wonderful time.
