Safe technique matters 🤸🏻

At SJS, safe dance and acrobatics practice is at the heart of how we teach.

As our students begin learning bigger, more elaborate skills and tricks, it’s important that the focus isn’t simply on getting the skill, it’s on learning to perform it with strong, safe and technically correct foundations.

Growing bodies need time to develop strength, control, alignment and body awareness. Building these foundations helps our students progress safely, protects their bodies as their training increases, supports longevity in the activities they love, and into adulthood ✨
