Annangrove Preschool is set in a peaceful semi-rural environment that offers large and natural playgrounds for the children to explore. Our location is central and convenient being in between Castle Hill, Rouse Hill, Dural and Kellyville areas. Our programs reflect the Early Years Learning Framework, the national curriculum for Early Childhood. Each day the children are engaged in a range of activ

ities to support growth and development including story times, music and movement, gross motor activities, arts and craft and much more. At the end of the day a daily story is displayed for families to read with their children and share what interesting experiences they have had that day. In our preschool room we take a holistic approach to preparing your child for primary school with focused activities happening daily along with routine times. The children are involved in roll call, show and tell, signing the national anthem, name writing, cutting and pasting, numeracy and pre-literacy activities. During the year each child has an individual portfolio which is built with observations, half and end of year developmental summaries, art work and learning stories. 🦒💛 HEALTHY HAROLD IS COMING TO ANNANGROVE! 💛🦒

We are very excited to welcome Super Safe Harold and Healthy Harold to Annangrove on Tuesday, 20th October! 🎉

Our children will take part in a fun and engaging Life Education experience, learning about making safe and healthy choices, looking after their bodies and minds, recognising emotions, and developing important skills to help keep themselves safe. 🌟

Healthy Harold is always a favourite with our children, and we can’t wait for another wonderful day of learning, laughter and fun! 🦒❤️

🦷🎨 Dental Health Week – Family & Community Collaboration 🎨🦷

To celebrate Dental Health Week and strengthen our connections with families and our local community, we are excited to participate in the Children’s Dentistry Gables Colouring Competition! This is a wonderful opportunity for children and families to continue conversations about healthy teeth, oral hygiene and caring for our smiles at home. 🪥😁

Colouring sheets will be handed out to children, with additional copies available in our foyer. Families are encouraged to get creative together and return completed entries to the centre by Friday, 24th August. We will then deliver all entries to Children’s Dentistry Gables on behalf of our families. 💙💚

There are some fantastic prizes to be won, including LEGO, an electric toothbrush, vouchers and more! 🎁

We love opportunities like this that bring together our children, families, service and wider community while supporting meaningful learning about healthy habits. 🌟

This Thursday, we'll be taking part in Jeans for Genes Day to help support the incredible work of the Children's Medical Research Institute.

We invite all children, families and educators to: 👖 Wear your favourite pair of jeans. 🪙 Bring along a gold coin donation if you wish to contribute.

Throughout July, our children will be exploring Diversity Pride Month through meaningful learning experiences that celebrate inclusion, kindness and respect for others.

Together, we will discover that every person is unique and that our differences make our community stronger. Through stories, discussions, creative experiences and play, the children will explore empathy, acceptance and the importance of celebrating the unique qualities that make each of us special.
