🌸 Happy Early Childhood Educators’ Day to my incredible team 🌸
Today I want to take a moment to personally say thank you to each and every one of you. ❤️
Being your Director is something I am incredibly proud of, but more importantly, I feel incredibly lucky to work alongside such an amazing team of educators.
I see the care you give our children every day. I see the patience, the creativity, the laughter, the cuddles, the encouragement, the conversations, the learning and all those little moments that make such a big difference in a child’s life.
I also see the work that happens behind the scenes — the planning, documenting, reflecting, supporting one another, communicating with families, solving problems and constantly striving to provide the very best experience for our children.
You are not just educators. You are role models, advocates, nurturers, listeners, teachers and an important part of our children’s lives. 🌱
What makes our preschool so special is the people within it, and you are the heart of our preschool. 💕 I am so proud of the professionalism, dedication and passion you bring to your work and so grateful for the way you support one another as a team.
Thank you for showing up every day and giving our children the best of yourselves. Thank you for the love you pour into our preschool community and for everything you do that sometimes goes unnoticed.
I hope today you know just how valued, appreciated and respected you are. You make a difference — not only to our children, but to their families and to our wider community. 🌈
