This week, our Tiny Wanderers and Little Explorers celebrated World Dinosaur Day through a variety of dinosaur-themed sensory and creative experiences. From exploring different textures to painting and imaginative play, the children had a roaring time learning, discovering and having fun together! 🦕

🖤💛❤️ National Sorry Day ❤️💛🖤

This week, our Preschool children acknowledged National Sorry Day through a meaningful handprint art experience using the colours of the Aboriginal flag.

As they worked together to create a collaborative artwork, the children explored the concepts of respect, belonging, kindness and community. Experiences such as these help foster an appreciation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and provide opportunities for children to develop an understanding of our shared history in an age-appropriate way.

We are proud of the thoughtful discussions and creativity shown by our Preschool children as they participated in this important day of reflection, recognition and respect.

🌷🎀 Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea 🎀🌷

What a beautiful afternoon celebrating all the wonderful mums, grandmothers and special women in our children’s lives at our Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea 💗

The afternoon was filled with love, laughter, special moments and lots of smiles. The children loved sharing activities, cuddles and quality time with their loved ones 🌼🩷

Zooming into some serious teamwork and imagination in our Little Explorers Room 🚗✨

The children have been busy exploring our car garage, taking turns, sharing and creating their own little worlds. From racing cars down the ramps to carefully parking them, there was so much problem-solving, communication and cooperative play happening!

It’s wonderful to see our Little Explorers building friendships and confidence through play while having so much fun 💛

Lest We Forget ❤️

This week, our little learners explored the meaning of ANZAC Day through a simple and meaningful experience. Using their handprints, the children created beautiful poppies, helping them begin to understand remembrance, respect and gratitude in a gentle and age-appropriate way.
