An end of an era…

Friday 5th November 2021 was my final day as the Owner and Director of Alstonville Nestle In.

21 years ago we purchased the business of a small 28 place service in the Northern Rivers. Over the past two decades I have built this service into a 39 place very sought after long daycare centre in the Alstonville community. I am proud of the growth and commitment from our local community and would like to wish the new owners all the best for their journey as they commence Alstonville Early Learning.

I feel privileged to have been apart of many families of the local community and have watched children turn into adults and families become friends.

I would like to thank the community for welcoming myself and my family into the area and supporting our business from the beginning. I am very excited to still be in the local community of Alstonville with our centre, Possum Place and look forward to the connection we can continue with the two centres.

The NSW Department of Education have created early childhood guided learning from home packages for children.

These packages have a range of great ideas for home play experiences which are explained with detailed instructions.

The packs have been created by department early childhood professionals and learning designers.

A new package will be launched each Tuesday.
