We are seeking motivated candidates for a plastering apprenticeship. No prior experience is required — full training will be provided.

This position is ideal for recent school leavers or anyone looking to start a rewarding career in the construction industry. Immediate start available.

- White Card (essential)
- Reliable transport to and from work
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work away from home when required

As a family-owned business, we're creating a unique destination combining fresh food, premium Australian-grown tea, high tea experiences and country hospitality in the heart of Ballina.
We're Currently Recruiting For
Barista
Prepare and serve exceptional coffee and beverages
Deliver outstanding customer service
Maintain a clean and organised coffee station
Experience in a busy café environment preferred
Front of House Team Members
Customer service and table service
Assist guests with food and beverage orders
Create a welcoming and memorable experience
Pastry Chef
Create cakes, slices, pastries and high tea treats
Assist with menu development and seasonal offerings
Maintain high standards of presentation and consistency
Kitchen Hands
Food preparation and kitchen support
Dishwashing and cleaning duties
Assisting chefs during busy service periods
